Before you sign up for e-mail notification,
you have to know how to sign-off from this service, how to delete your record.
To find your record, you have to register. Your user-ID will be your e-mail address,
the (temporary) password will be mailed to you, with information, how to do things,
how to change your password, how to access you record.

The FAQ contains all this information, but I let you know the basics.
